  • Identify and onboard new demand partners such as DSPs, agencies, and trading desks to broaden Nexverse.ai's demand network.

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing demand partners to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions that meet demand partner requirements.

  • Analyze demand partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign outcomes.

  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt partnership strategies.

  • Represent Nexverse.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within digital advertising or programmatic ecosystems.

  • Proven success in managing and growing demand partnerships, preferably with DSPs, agencies, or trading desks.

  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, DSPs, RTB, and campaign optimization.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain productive long-term relationships with demand-side partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data to drive improvements.

  • The Demand Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with demand partners including agencies, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), trading desks, and advertisers. This role is critical to expanding our demand-side network and optimizing the performance of our advertising ecosystem.
