We are rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Program Manager with AdTech and programmatic advertising experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.
Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects related to programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring successful delivery on scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, sales, and marketing to coordinate project activities and resolve dependencies.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
Facilitate communication and status updates with senior leadership and external partners.
Monitor project performance metrics and optimize workflows for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends in programmatic advertising and AdTech to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in program/project management within the AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic ecosystem.
Proven experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts such as DSPs, SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, and campaign management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
