Nexverse.ai, a subsidiary of VerSe Innovation, is at the forefront of programmatic advertising, delivering next-generation digital advertising solutions. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to join our Business Development team.
Identify, approach, and secure new publisher partnerships to grow Nexverse.ai's programmatic inventory
Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing publishers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and performance optimization
Conduct market research to uncover partnership opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound and mutually beneficial agreements
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, and Ad Ops) to deliver tailored solutions that meet partner needs and align with business goals
Analyze publisher performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign results and yield
Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and performance reports to internal stakeholders and external partners
Represent Nexverse.ai at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in business development, publisher sales, or account management within the digital advertising or publishing space
Demonstrated success in building and scaling publisher partnerships
In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, particularly programmatic technologies, SSPs, ad exchanges, and monetization strategies
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex relationships with key stakeholders on the supply side
The Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with digital publishers. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and must possess a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, combined with exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills. This role is critical to scaling our publisher network and enhancing the performance and reach of our advertising platform.
